Will it arrive before Halloween?
Yes, if you order by October 22. Orders ship from US warehouses in 1–2 business days and arrive in 3–6 business days. After October 22 we still ship, but we can't promise the 31st.
Where does it ship from?
From warehouses in the United States. Nothing on this site ships from overseas.
How much is shipping?
Free on orders over $49. Otherwise $5.95 flat, any size order.
Can I return something?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, unused and in its packaging. You pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or wrong, in which case we cover it and send a replacement first. See Returns.
Do the lanterns need batteries?
Most run on AA or AAA batteries and are listed as such on the product page. A few are USB rechargeable. None use an open flame.
Are the molds food safe?
Yes. Every baking mold is food-grade silicone, rated for oven, freezer and dishwasher. Temperature limits are on each product page.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You get a tracking link by email when it ships, usually within 2 business days. Or use Track your order.
What if my order hasn't arrived?
Email support@nookandporch.com with your order number. If tracking shows it's lost, we reship or refund, your choice.
