30 days
Return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund. It needs to be unused and in its original packaging.
Damaged or wrong item
Email support@nookandporch.com with your order number and a photo within 7 days of delivery. We send a replacement first and cover any return shipping.
Changed your mind
Email us for a return address. You pay return shipping. We refund the item price once it arrives back, usually within 5–7 business days of receipt.
What can't be returned
Masks that have been worn, opened baking molds, and anything marked final sale on the product page.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Banks take 3–10 business days to show it.
